Full-Time Teaching Assistant - Primary Schools (Chesterfield)
Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work full time across a range of primary schools in the Chesterfield area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a primary setting.
The Role:
Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
Working one-to-one or with small groups to support learning and behaviour
Assisting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
Helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
Adapting support to meet the needs of different pupils
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or above) - ideally
Has previous experience working with primary-aged children
Is reliable, proactive and nurturing in their approach
Has strong communication and teamwork skills
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
