Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across the secondary age range, ensuring students develop strong scientific knowledge and enquiry skills.
Plan and deliver lessons that challenge and support students of all abilities, promoting curiosity and a love of science.
Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment where students feel motivated to achieve their best.
Assess, monitor and track student progress, providing clear feedback to support improvement.
Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold its ethos and high expectations.
Qualifications and Person Specification
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A relevant degree in a science-related subject
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Committed, professional and reflective practitioner
