SEND Teachers Wanted - Make a Real Difference

Tradewind Education is recruiting passionate and experienced teachers to work in SEND schools supporting children with complex learning needs.

We are seeking dedicated professionals who have experience working with pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, PMLD, SLD, SEMH, and other complex learning and behavioural challenges. These roles offer the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in supportive, well-resourced specialist settings.

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience teaching or supporting children in SEND or specialist education settings
Be confident adapting lessons to meet diverse and complex learning needs
Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a child-centred approach
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications (desirable)
