English Teacher - Secondary PRU

Tradewind Education is recruiting an English Teacher to work in a Secondary Pupil Referral Unit, supporting students who need a more personalised approach to learning.

The role involves teaching small groups, delivering engaging English lessons, and supporting pupils with SEMH, behavioural, and additional learning needs.

Requirements:

  • Qualified English Teacher (QTS preferred)

  • Experience with PRU, alternative provision, or vulnerable learners (desirable)

  • Strong behaviour management and a calm, adaptable approach
