Job Description

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools, offering both long-term and day-to-day supply opportunities.

These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy supporting children's learning and development and are looking for flexible or ongoing work within a primary school setting.

The role will involve:

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 or small-group basis

  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

  • Helping create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

  • Supporting pupils with additional needs where required

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)

  • Be reliable, flexible, and proactive

  • Have a positive and supportive approach to learning
