Tradewind Education is recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work full-time in a welcoming primary school in Islington, starting January 2026.

About the Role:

  • Support pupils across the primary age range with their learning and development

  • Work 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils access the curriculum

  • Assist the class teacher with classroom activities and behaviour management

  • Support pupils with additional learning needs where required

  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience working with children in a primary school setting (desirable)

  • A patient, proactive, and supportive approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine passion for supporting children's education
