Flexible Supply Teacher - Blackpool and Fylde College

If you're based in or near Blackpool & Fylde or Surrounding areas such as Kirkham, Warton or Freckleton, we can offer local, flexible and rewarding supply teaching opportunities that fit around your lifestyle. As a supply Teacher you will be covering a mixture of absence (daily cover, short term of long term absence) depending on the length of support depends on the rate of pay, the bracket is £120-£168.80 per day.

Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain pupil engagement
Manage behaviour and create a positive classroom environment
Adapt activities to meet the needs of diverse learners
Complete registers and required administrative tasks
Provide feedback to staff and help maintain continuity
Build positive relationships with pupils and school teams
