Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Full Time (5 Days per Week)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a network of inclusive and supportive secondary schools across Lambeth on a full-time, five days per week basis.

The Role:
Supporting students in the classroom, including those with SEN and additional learning needs
Working closely with teachers to help deliver engaging and accessible lessons
Providing one-to-one or small group support to help students reach their full potential
Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, and independence in learners
Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Has experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
Is patient, proactive, and passionate about inclusive education
Can build strong, positive relationships with students and staff
Is reliable, committed, and able to work full time (Monday-Friday)
Aspires to progress within education (e.g. SEN specialism, teaching, pastoral roles)
