Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Full Time (5 Days per Week)
Secondary Schools | Lambeth

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a network of inclusive and supportive secondary schools across Lambeth on a full-time, five days per week basis.

The Role:

  • Supporting students in the classroom, including those with SEN and additional learning needs

  • Working closely with teachers to help deliver engaging and accessible lessons

  • Providing one-to-one or small group support to help students reach their full potential

  • Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, and independence in learners

  • Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)

  • Is patient, proactive, and passionate about inclusive education

  • Can build strong, positive relationships with students and staff

  • Is reliable, committed, and able to work full time (Monday-Friday)

  • Aspires to progress within education (e.g. SEN specialism, teaching, pastoral roles)
