The Role
As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will:
Provide one-to-one and small group pastoral support to students
Support students with emotional regulation, behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing
Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils who may face social, emotional, or behavioural challenges
Work closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and safeguarding leads
Act as a consistent and positive role model within the school environment
Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive school culture

The Ideal Candidate
Experience working with young people in a school, youth work, SEN, or pastoral setting (desirable)

Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
Reliable and able to commit to a full-time, 5-day-per-week role
