About the Role
As a Primary Intervention Teacher, you will:
- Deliver targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy.
- Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to support pupils who need additional help.
- Create engaging, tailored learning plans to boost confidence and progress.
- Monitor and assess pupil development, ensuring measurable impact.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in primary education and intervention strategies.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A positive, proactive approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
