Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors and Trainee Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Corsham and the surrounding areas.

Whether you are an experienced Cover Supervisor, an aspiring teacher, recent graduate, parent returning to work, or someone who has supported young people in another setting, we would love to hear from you.

🧑‍🏫 The Role:

Supervising pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher

Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment

Keeping students engaged and on task throughout the lesson

Working closely with school staff to support pupils' learning

🎓 Who We're Looking For:

Experienced Cover Supervisors or those looking to train in the role

Graduates and aspiring teachers are strongly encouraged to apply

Experience working with young people (schools, youth work, coaching, voluntary work, parenting, etc.) is highly desirable

Confident communicators with strong presence and professionalism

Enthusiastic, reliable individuals with a genuine interest in education

We offer FREE CPD, full training, and ongoing guidance to support you in becoming a confident and successful Cover Supervisor.

💼 What's On Offer:

Ongoing work 3-5 days per week (term time only)

Flexible roles to fit around your lifestyle

Competitive daily rates based on experience and role

Typical annual earnings: £19,500 - £27,300 (based on 39 weeks per year)
