Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for Cover Supervisors and Trainee Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Chippenham and the surrounding areas.
This role is perfect for experienced Cover Supervisors, as well as graduates, aspiring teachers, career changers, parents returning to work, or individuals who have supported young people through other roles such as coaching, youth work or volunteering.

🧑‍🏫 The Role:
* Supervising pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Creating a positive and purposeful classroom environment
* Managing behaviour and keeping pupils engaged in learning
* Supporting schools by ensuring continuity during staff absence

🎓 Who We're Looking For:
* Experienced Cover Supervisors or those looking to train in the role
* Graduates or individuals considering a career in teaching
* People with experience working with young people in any setting
* Confident, reliable and enthusiastic communicators
* A positive attitude and a genuine interest in education
🌱 No previous school experience required.
We provide FREE CPD, full training and ongoing support to help you feel confident and successful in the classroom.
