Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting Cover Supervisors and Trainee Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across the Cheltenham areas.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced classroom supervisors, as well as graduates, aspiring teachers, career-changers, parents returning to work, or anyone who has worked with young people in another professional or voluntary setting.

🧑‍🏫 About the Role:

Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff

Maintaining good classroom behaviour and a calm, focused learning environment

Encouraging student engagement and supporting learning outcomes

Working alongside school teams to ensure continuity of education

🎓 Who We'd Love to Hear From the following people:

Experienced Cover Supervisors or those keen to train in the role

Graduates or individuals considering a future in teaching

Candidates with experience supporting young people (education, youth work, coaching, volunteering, parenting, etc.)

Confident, personable individuals with strong communication skills

Positive, adaptable and enthusiastic personalities

We provide FREE training, CPD and ongoing support to help you grow in confidence and succeed in the classroom.

Annual earnings typically between £19,500 and £27,300 (based on 39 weeks per year)
