Are you a Psychology student or graduate looking for flexible, meaningful, and rewarding work with young people? Want to gain hands-on experience that supports future careers in psychology, education, mental health, social work, or therapy?
We are recruiting Psychology students and graduates to work across secondary schools in Gloucester and the surrounding areas in supporting roles as either Teaching Assistants or Cover Supervisors.
💼 The Roles:
You'll be working in local secondary schools (ages 11-16) in one of the following roles:
Teaching Assistant - supporting students in class, including those with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs
Cover Supervisor - supervising pre-planned lessons during teacher absence and supporting behaviour and engagement
Both roles provide valuable, paid experience within a school setting.
🕒 The Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Work 2-5 days per week
Fully flexible to fit around studies or other commitments
💰 The Pay:
£90 - £120 per day (PAYE)
Paid weekly
Rate dependent on role and experience
🎓 No School Experience? No Problem!
No previous school experience is required. We offer:

✨ Requirements:
Psychology student or graduate (or related subject)
A genuine interest in working with young people
Previous experience with children or young people is desirable but not essential
Legal right to work in the UK
