Graduate Opportunity: Student Support Assistant (Teaching Assistant) - Immediate Start | Hounslow

We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Support Assistant (Teaching Assistant) to work across supportive secondary schools in Hounslow. This full-time, long-term role offers a structured, rewarding introduction to the world of education and a chance to make a real impact on students' learning and confidence.

About the Role

As a Student Support Assistant (Teaching Assistant), you will:

  • Support students with their academic progress across a variety of subjects

  • Lead small group activities and provide one-to-one support

  • Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

  • Collaborate with teachers to implement effective classroom strategies

  • Promote student confidence, well-being, and positive behaviour

What We Need From You

  • Degree qualified in any subject

  • Available for immediate start

  • Willing to obtain (or have) an Enhanced DBS check

  • Ability to provide references and a full employment/education history

  • Legal right to work in the UK

  • Passion for working with secondary school students and helping them succeed
