This role is ideal for graduates who want to build classroom experience, develop key skills, and explore future teacher training opportunities, with training routes available for the right candidate.
The role:
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Providing 1:1 or small group support to help students achieve their potential
- Supporting behaviour management and classroom organisation
- Helping to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Gaining invaluable experience to support future teacher training applications
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a degree (2:2 or above, in any subject)
- Has an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply (we can support you with this)
- Communicates confidently and works well with students and staff
- Is reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about education
