Teaching Assistant - Upper Key Stage 2

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Upper KS2 Teaching Assistant to work in a friendly primary school in Bolton.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils in Years 5 and 6

  • Assisting with literacy and numeracy interventions

  • Working with small groups to raise attainment

  • Supporting SATs preparation where required

  • Encouraging independence and positive learning behaviours

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in KS2 or confidence working with older pupils

  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude

  • Strong communication and organisation skills

  • Ability to support learning across the curriculum

  • Committed to a long-term position
