Premises Manager - Secondary School, Barking and Dagenham
Salary: £15 - £17 p/h
Contract: Full-time, Temp Contract

The Role:
As Premises Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school site, ensuring it is safe, clean, and fully operational. You will oversee maintenance, repairs, and security, as well as manage contractors and site staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety, security, and cleanliness of the school premises

  • Manage maintenance schedules and oversee repairs

  • Supervise and support site staff and contractors

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Assist with emergency procedures and risk assessments

About You:

  • Proven experience in premises or facilities management, ideally in an educational setting

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills

  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
