The Role:
- Delivering engaging lessons (General and/or Subject Specialism)
- Following school policies and lesson plans
- Supporting student progress and classroom behaviour
- Providing continuity during staff absences
- Adapting teaching styles to suit different school environments
The Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
- Recent classroom experience in secondary education
- Flexibility, reliability and professionalism
- Strong behaviour management skills
