Tradewind is recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a range of secondary and SEN settings in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. These schools offer flexible working arrangements, making this an excellent opportunity to balance work and personal commitments.
As a Teaching Assistant, you may support students 1:1, lead small-group interventions, or work within whole-class settings. This role is flexible to be part-time or full-time.
The Role:
- Classroom and behaviour support
- 1:1 and small-group SEN assistance
- Leading targeted intervention sessions
- Supporting students' academic and emotional needs
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff
The Candidate
- Experience working with children (within education preferred)
- SEN experience (highly desirable)
- Positive, adaptable attitude
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
