• £28,000-£30,000 base salary

Our Impact Academy is a structured, hands-on training programme designed to develop you into a high-performing Recruitment Consultant.

You'll receive:

• Classroom and desk-based training
• 1-to-1 coaching and mentoring

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

During your first year, you will:

• Source, screen and interview candidates for temporary and permanent education roles
• Write and market professional candidate CV profiles
• Match candidates to school vacancies
• Work closely with experienced sales consultants
• Manage candidate relationships and placements
• Work towards weekly KPIs and targets
• Earn commission throughout your progression

Career Progression & Development

After your first year, you'll move onto your own sales desk with advanced training in:

• Business Development
• Account Management
• Margin Negotiation
• Client Visits & Impact Training
• Safeguarding in Education
• Managing Difficult Conversations
• Time Management & Customer Service

Many of our Managers and Directors started as Trainee Consultants, and Impact Academy graduates regularly achieve top-10 consultant status within their first year in sales.
