Year 3 1:1 Teaching Assistant - Bidston, Wirral (Mornings Only)

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and patient Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a Year 3 pupil at a primary school in Bidston, Wirral.

This morning-only role (08:30 - 13:30) is to start as soon as possible and will continue for the remainder of the academic year. The successful candidate will support a pupil who can become dysregulated and display challenging behaviour, helping them stay engaged, manage emotions, and feel supported within the classroom.

The ideal candidate will be calm, compassionate, and confident in managing challenging behaviour, with experience supporting pupils with additional emotional or behavioural needs.
