Cover Supervisor - Secondary Schools | Liverpool

Tradewind Recruitment Liverpool is currently recruiting a Cover Supervisor to work across secondary schools in Liverpool, starting January 2026.

This role is ideal for a confident and reliable individual with experience working with young people, who is comfortable managing a classroom and delivering pre-planned work in the absence of the class teacher.

Positions are available on a day-to-day supply or long-term basis, offering flexibility as well as the opportunity for consistent full-time work.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes across a range of subjects, ensure students remain on task, manage behaviour in line with school policies, and provide feedback to teaching staff. You must be willing to travel up to 40 minutes to schools across Liverpool and surrounding areas.

Candidates must have:

- Prior experience working with children or young people

- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Child Workforce (or be willing to apply through Tradewind).

This role is particularly suited to graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with strong behaviour management skills and experience in secondary settings.
