About the Role

You will support teachers during lessons, work closely with students who require additional support, and contribute to a positive learning environment. This role provides excellent exposure to day-to-day classroom practice.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support whole-class teaching and learning
  • Work with students on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Assist pupils with SEN or additional needs
  • Help prepare lesson resources and classroom materials
  • Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
  • Support student progress and development
  • Assist with pastoral and safeguarding duties
