SEN LSA - Prestigious Independent School (Chelsea)
Full-Time | Excellent Pay | Initial Contract Feb - July

SANZA Teaching Agency are supporting an established independent school in Chelsea is recruiting an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated in-school support for a Year 4 pupil with complex physical and learning needs.

The student is bright and sociable, but requires assistance to access learning and move safely around the school environment. This includes support with mobility, adapted learning tasks and occasional personal care. You'll be part of a collaborative SEN team ensuring her school day is safe, structured and fully inclusive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

  • One-to-one academic support throughout the school day

  • Assist with mobility, transitions and safe access around the building

  • Adapt classroom tasks for accessibility and engagement

  • Provide personal care when required, with dignity and sensitivity

  • Work closely with teachers, therapists and SEN specialists

We're Looking For:

  • Previous SEN experience or strong understanding of additional needs

  • Warm, patient and engaging personality

  • Experience within the UK education and training sector or strong academic record

  • Strong communication and safeguarding knowledge

  • Reliable, organised and committed to long-term consistency

  • Confident with physical disabilities and personal care

  • French or Spanish speakers a plus but not essential
