Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Full-time | 5 days per week

Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work full-time across a range of inclusive and supportive secondary schools in Croydon.

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide in-class and small-group support to students with a range of learning needs
Support students with SEN, SEMH, and additional learning requirements
Work closely with teachers and the wider pastoral and SEN teams
Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Encourage students' confidence, independence, and personal growth

The Ideal Candidate
Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)

Commitment to working full-time, 5 days per week
