The Role

You will work closely with teachers and students, providing academic and pastoral support across KS3 and KS4 while helping to maintain a calm and productive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting lessons across multiple subjects
  • Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
  • Assisting students with additional learning needs
  • Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence
  • Helping with lesson preparation and resources
  • Monitoring progress and sharing feedback
