Experienced Behaviour Mentor - Secondary Schools (Lewisham)
Full-time | 5 days per week

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work full-time across a range of secondary schools in Lewisham. The role will involve:

  • Supporting students with challenging behaviour on a one-to-one and small group basis

  • Promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement with learning

  • Working closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and pastoral leads

  • Acting as a positive role model and building strong, trusting relationships with students

  • Contributing to behaviour support plans and intervention strategies

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous and relevant experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar pastoral/behaviour support role

  • Proven experience working within secondary school settings

  • Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills

  • A calm, resilient, and proactive approach

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
