Are you a creative and enthusiastic KS2 Primary Teacher looking for a part-time role that offers real impact and a supportive working environment? We are working with a warm and inclusive Runcorn primary school.

What the Role Involves

This Part-time Primary Teacher role (2 days per week) will see you:

  • Taking responsibility for a KS2 class, delivering engaging lessons that spark curiosity and develop key literacy and numeracy skills.

  • Using a variety of teaching approaches to support different learning styles and needs, including pupils with additional support requirements.

  • Creating a classroom environment that is stimulating, inclusive and encourages independence.

  • Tracking progress carefully and using assessment to inform planning and stretch learners of all abilities.

  • Working in partnership with teaching assistants, SEN staff and parents to ensure every child feels valued and makes progress.

What We're Looking For

  • A qualified teacher (QTS) with recent experience in KS2.

  • Someone with a passion for early education who understands the importance of both academic and social development at this stage.

  • An engaging communicator who can motivate pupils and build strong relationships with families.

  • A reflective practitioner who embraces teamwork and contributes positively to school life.
