Are you a confident Cover Supervisor based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire looking for rewarding roles in both secondary and SEN settings? What You'll Do:
- Supervise learning activities when the class teacher is absent.
- Deliver pre-prepared work and manage classroom routines effectively.
- Support positive behaviour and engagement across Key Stages 3-5.
- Act as a positive role model to pupils and the school community.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Calm, proactive approach to classroom supervision
- Flexibility to work to your schedule
- Previous experience in schools (desirable, but not essential)
