Job Description
A supportive secondary school in Haringey is seeking a reliable and motivated Teaching Assistant to support students across KS3 and KS4.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with students, helping them stay engaged, focused, and confident in lessons.
Pay: £90 - £105 per day
Contract: Full-time, term-time only | Long-term
Key responsibilities:
- Providing in-class support across core subjects
- Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Helping maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting behaviour and engagement strategies
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience working with young people in any setting
- Be patient, consistent and enthusiastic
- Be keen to develop experience in education
