Immediate Start | Full-Time (5 Days per Week)
Pay Rate: £90 - £110 per day (PAYE)
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Key Stages: KS3 & KS4

The Role

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding secondary school in Ealing for an immediate start. In this role, you will support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, both academically and pastorally, helping them stay engaged, confident, and on track with their learning.

Working closely with teachers and the pastoral team, you will provide in-class support, small group interventions, and guidance to individual students. This position is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school support staff looking to gain hands-on experience in a high-achieving school environment.
