Location: Lytham (Ideally suited for candidates in Lytham, St Annes, Freckleton, Warton, and Kirkham)
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary through July 2026
Pay: £120 - £260 per day (based on length of contract and experience)

Tradewind Education is exclusively recruiting a committed and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher for a vibrant, inclusive primary school in Lytham. We are looking for a teacher who lives locally or can easily commute from the surrounding areas to join this supportive school community on a long-term basis.
The Role: Inspiring Excellence
As a KS2 Teacher, you will take full responsibility for a Key Stage 2 class, driving academic progress and fostering a love for learning.
- Engage & Inspire: Deliver well-structured lessons that challenge and motivate pupils.
- Track Success: Plan, assess, and monitor progress to ensure every child reaches their potential.
- Collaborate: Work alongside dedicated phase leaders and TAs to maintain a positive, well-managed learning environment.
- Connect: Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support the "whole child" journey.

What We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Curriculum Expertise: A deep understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum.
- Classroom Presence: Confident management skills and a proactive, "get stuck in" attitude.
- Reliability: A commitment to the full duration of the contract until July 2026.
