Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant - Birmingham
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000-£42,000 Year 1)
Requirement: You must hold a full UK driving licence or be currently learning with a test booked.

What You'll Do
Source and interview candidates for education roles
Market candidates to schools across the West Midlands
Support your team with client relationships
Work towards targets that reward hard work and consistency
As you progress, you'll manage your own schools and earn commission on every placement.
