Primary Supply Teacher - Guaranteed Pay Scheme

Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a wide range of primary schools across Chesterfield and North Derbyshire, offering teachers the opportunity to join our highly sought-after Guaranteed Pay Scheme.
This role provides the freedom of supply teaching combined with the reassurance of steady income, making it ideal for teachers who want flexibility without financial risk.
The Role
You'll be delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS through to Year 6, covering short-term teacher absences on a daily supply basis. You can choose to work full-time or part-time, as long as you're available for at least three days per week.
Our Guaranteed Pay Scheme means that on your chosen working days, you'll either be placed in a school or paid regardless.

What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Availability for 3+ days per week
Confidence teaching across the primary age range
Strong classroom presence and adaptability
A car is highly beneficial due to rural and semi-rural school locations
