Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity?

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled HLTA to work across a range of welcoming primary schools and academies in Peterborough and the surrounding areas. This role involves supporting both KS1 and Upper KS2, with an immediate start available and strong potential for long-term placements.

The Role:

• Supporting teachers with the day-to-day running of the classroom
• Delivering lessons during PPA cover
• Leading small group interventions to support pupil progress
• Maintaining effective classroom behaviour management
• Contributing to a collaborative and professional school environment

What We're Looking For:

• HLTA qualification (or substantial equivalent classroom experience)
• Experience working within UK primary schools
• Confidence delivering lessons across KS1 and Upper KS2
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
• A reliable, proactive and professional approach
