Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting a committed Primary SEND TA to work within an ARP provision in a diverse and inclusive school in Brent, starting after Easter.

The ARP supports pupils with higher SEND needs, providing a structured, low-arousal environment with tailored support and gradual integration into mainstream classrooms.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group support

  • Support pupils with communication and emotional regulation

  • Assist with EHCP target delivery

  • Promote independence and positive engagement

  • Work closely with SENCO and external professionals

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting primary SEND pupils

  • Confident supporting higher needs and behaviour challenges

  • Positive, resilient and patient

  • Available full time from after Easter
