Location: Sheffield
Start date: ASAP or Easter (ideal for final-year students & recent graduates)
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000-£42,000 in Year 1)
Requirement: Full UK driving licence (or currently learning with test booked)

What You'll Be Doing
From your first week, you'll gain real responsibility and hands-on experience:
- Sourcing and interviewing graduates and experienced professionals for education roles
- Matching candidates to roles in primary, secondary and SEND schools
- Supporting senior consultants in developing school partnerships
- Working towards clear, achievable targets with uncapped commission
As you progress, you'll manage your own client schools, negotiate fees, and earn commission on every placement you make.

Who We're Looking For
- Final-year students available to start from Easter, or recent graduates
- Full UK driving licence (or driving test booked)
- Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, resilient and target-driven individuals
- Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, sport or other customer-facing roles is a bonus
