Contract: Flexible - Day-to-Day, Short-Term & Long-Term Supply

As a Supply Teacher, you will play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning during staff absences, delivering engaging lessons, and promoting positive behaviour and achievement in the classroom. You'll be placed in a variety of school settings - including mainstream primary, secondary, and SEND schools - giving you valuable experience across key stages and student cohorts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-prepared or bespoke lessons to pupils across EYFS, Key Stages 1-4.

  • Create an inclusive, safe, and well-managed learning environment.

  • Support student engagement and achievement through effective classroom management.

  • Uphold school policies and values, providing continuity when permanent staff are absent.

  • Communicate constructively with school staff to ensure smooth transitions in learning.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teachers (QTS, QTLS) or those with equivalent UK teaching experience.

  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs), experienced classroom practitioners, or teachers returning to the profession.

  • Educators with strong classroom management, flexibility, and a positive approach to learning.

  • Candidates with an enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one).
