Secondary Learning Support Assistant - Academic Support Focus

We're working with ambitious secondary schools across South East London seeking confident and reliable LSAs to support students across KS3 and KS4.

The Role:

  • In-class support across core subjects

  • Breaking down complex material into manageable steps

  • Supporting students with SEND on EHCP plans

  • Encouraging independence - not dependency

  • Working closely with teachers to adapt learning in real time
