Behaviour Support Officer

About the role: Support calm, purposeful classrooms by responding to on-call requests and coaching students to self-regulate.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to behaviour incidents and restore learning quickly

Run structured interventions on routines and restorative practice

Support detentions and follow-up conversations with pupils

Maintain behaviour logs and communicate next steps

Requirements:

Confident behaviour management and de-escalation skills

Team player who models professionalism and fairness

Resilient, reflective and student-centred
