Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a successful and ambitious secondary academy in the London borough of Redbridge. This Client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from the Summer Term. Salary will be paid in line with London MPS.

This is an excellent opportunity to teach Maths across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 within a supportive and forward-thinking department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging Maths lessons, planning and preparing schemes of work in line with the national curriculum, and assessing and tracking student progress to ensure strong academic outcomes. You will be expected to differentiate effectively to support students of varying abilities, maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management, contribute to departmental development, and play an active role in the wider life of the school.

To be considered for this role, you must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). You should have experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with strong subject knowledge and a passion for promoting numeracy and problem-solving skills. This Client is looking for a teacher who has high expectations of pupils, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a commitment to raising attainment. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to intervention strategies and enrichment activities is essential. Both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply, provided QTS is held.
