Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting motivated and reliable Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across a supportive trust of schools in the Doncaster area. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across a range of school settings while enjoying the flexibility that supply work offers.

The Role

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

  • Provide small group and 1:1 support to pupils

  • Assist students with additional needs, including SEND

  • Help maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment

  • Support behaviour management in line with school policies

  • Adapt confidently to different schools within the trust

Assignments can range from day-to-day cover to short-term and long-term placements, depending on your availability and preferences.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)

  • A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A genuine passion for supporting young people's learning and development

  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

  • The right to work in the UK
