Your Responsibilities

Initial phase:
* Identify and interview teachers and support staff
* Create high-quality candidate marketing profiles
* Achieve weekly KPIs
* Support client teams with placements

Progression into sales:
* Develop new business across Manchester
* Build lasting relationships with school leaders
* Negotiate commercial terms
* Deliver outstanding service standards
* Manage your own desk like a business

Uncapped commission structure from day one.
