Job Description

A welcoming secondary school in Enfield is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join them as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build strong relationships with students and gain solid classroom experience.

You'll support pupils across a range of subjects, help manage behaviour positively, and work closely with teaching staff to ensure students remain engaged and supported throughout the school day.

The role includes:

  • Supporting students during lessons and interventions
  • Working with pupils who have SEN or additional learning needs
  • Assisting teachers with classroom organisation
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and participation
