Job Description

About the role: Provide high-quality, student-facing support at the heart of school life-from timetables and locker keys to first aid and parent comms.

Key Responsibilities:

Run the student helpdesk and triage enquiries efficiently

Issue cards, equipment and attendance notes; keep accurate records

Coordinate first aid and care plans (training available)

Support trips, events and after-school activities admin

Requirements:

Busy school or customer-facing admin experience

Warm, solution-focused communicator who enjoys helping others

Organised with strong attention to detail
