Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Primary Teacher to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Lewisham.

If you're looking for flexible, short-term or daily supply work that fits around your lifestyle, we have opportunities available to start immediately across:

  • EYFS

  • KS1

  • KS2

💰 Pay Rates

  • £160 - £170 per day (PAYE) depending on experience and hours

  • Equivalent to £180 - £190 per day via umbrella company (if that's how you're currently paid)

We pay through PAYE, meaning no hidden deductions and greater financial transparency and support internally.

✅ We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teachers holding QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

  • A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • Adaptability and confidence teaching across primary year groups

  • All UK primary school experience considered
