Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Full-Time (5 Days per Week)

Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding full-time role in a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school environment?

We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable LSA to work five days per week across welcoming and well-established secondary schools in Bromley. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed professional who is passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full academic and personal potential.

The Role

  • Providing in-class support across a range of secondary subjects

  • Working closely with teachers to adapt learning materials and strategies

  • Supporting students with varying learning needs, including SEN

  • Delivering targeted interventions and one-to-one support where required

  • Encouraging student confidence, independence, and engagement

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting

  • Strong subject knowledge (core subjects preferred)

  • A degree qualification is highly desirable

  • Confident supporting students across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is advantageous)

  • Patient, proactive, and adaptable with excellent communication skills

  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
