Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Full-Time (5 Days per Week)

Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding full-time role in a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school environment?
We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable LSA to work five days per week across welcoming and well-established secondary schools in Bromley. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed professional who is passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full academic and personal potential.
The Role
Providing in-class support across a range of secondary subjects
Working closely with teachers to adapt learning materials and strategies
Supporting students with varying learning needs, including SEN
Delivering targeted interventions and one-to-one support where required
Encouraging student confidence, independence, and engagement
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting
Strong subject knowledge (core subjects preferred)
A degree qualification is highly desirable
Confident supporting students across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is advantageous)
Patient, proactive, and adaptable with excellent communication skills
Committed to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
