Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Doncaster teaching witihn EYFS from April 2026, following the Easter break. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work within a supportive Early Years setting dedicated to providing an engaging and stimulating start to pupils' education.

This role would suit a passionate primary teacher who understands the importance of early childhood development and can create a positive, creative learning environment where young learners can thrive.

The Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

  • Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment

  • Support pupils' early development in communication, social skills and foundational learning

  • Use play-based learning approaches to encourage curiosity and exploration

  • Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents to support pupil progress

  • Monitor and assess pupils' development and maintain accurate records

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

  • Have experience teaching within an EYFS setting

  • Be creative, patient and passionate about early years education

  • Demonstrate strong classroom organisation and behaviour management

  • Be committed to supporting the development and wellbeing of young learners
