Specialist schools across London are urgently seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH needs, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs.

Role Details
- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: Various Specialist Schools across London
- Start Date: ASAP, Full-time and Part Time Available.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Support pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning needs
- Assist in delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and structured learning strategies
- Work alongside teachers to deliver inclusive and engaging lessons
- Support interventions in literacy, numeracy, communication, and life skills
- Use strategies such as visual timetables, PECS, and sensory regulation techniques
- Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and classroom engagement
- Monitor pupil progress and contribute to tracking EHCP outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and support staff
